The Bryant Building on Great Eastern Street in Shoreditch was originally a 19th century warehouse for
furnituremakers. Henigman redeveloped the building with Ben Adams Architects into a modern workspace over five floors in-keeping with its rich industrial heritage.

The interior has exposed brick walls, original cast iron columns, polished concrete floors, and ceiling heights of up to five metres. The building was pre-let to Capco, the world’s sixth largest fintech company, in 2018.
At the rear, there is a discreet entrance that leads to eight luxury apartments on the fifth and sixth floors. Planning consent was achieved to deliver eight residential units which were developed around a central courtyard. The building was sold to the National Farmers Union (NFU Mutual).
